Regulations – General Conditions of Sale
The Reception is located in Al Vajo Home and is dedicated to both structures. Upon arrival the guest will be asked for documents to proceed with registration and the keys and main information will be provided.
Check-in 12.00/14.00 and 16.00/19.00 Check-out by 10.00 am
Reservation: The reservation is confirmed with the payment of a confirmation deposit, to be paid by bank transfer.
Payments: Cash, debit and credit cards are accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY: You can cancel for free up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel within 7 days before arrival, the deposit if paid will not be refunded. At the time of booking a deposit will be required to be paid by bank transfer. The balance of the stay is paid by the guest directly to the facility upon check-out in the preferred method: cash or debit card.
Tourist tax: €0.50 calculated per night per person from 15 years of age, to be paid in cash at the Reception.
Breakfast: The buffet breakfast is served from 8.00 to 10.00 only for customers staying in the rooms. Smoking is prohibited in the room and in the apartments
Hour of silence from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm and from 10.00 pm to 8.00 am Daily cleaning is carried out from 10.30 to 12.00
The change of bed and bathroom linen is carried out every 3/4 days. If an additional change is requested, an extra payment of 5 euros for towels and 10 euros for sheets will be required.
Please turn off the air conditioning if you are absent in the room and the windows are open.
Safety
We ask our kind customers not to host strangers in the rooms and apartments; for visits of relatives or friends it is necessary to notify the reception in advance.
We accept no responsibility for any problems or damages in this regard.
The management declines any responsibility for objects left unattended both in the room and in the common areas.
Parking
Parking is free but unguarded
Animals
Animals are not allowed inside the structure.
Use of the swimming pool
The swimming pool is open from 9.00 to 19.00.
The pool does not have a lifeguard service, which is why children must be accompanied by adults, it is forbidden to bring food and drinks near the pool, inflatables are not allowed.
